Future Kimono releases their new unlimited options rash guard and shorts

The choice of options is unreal and I do not think any other company has been able to offer such varieties in term of designs but also in terms of modifications such as having your name on the rash guard. To start with you have the usual IBJJF color options to compete at adult level. It goes from grey, blue, purple, brown and red sleeves with the same color on the back of the rash guard. 2 options for the sleeves: long or shorts. Once you click on the rash guard option, you will see all the option for customization. The size ranges from XS to XXXL But there are also 9 options for graphics on your rash guard available: camo, clouds, dots, fish, flowers, mesh, skulls, solid and Triangle. Once you have chosen on the option for the colors and  background,  you have another 2 option to add your name on the back and with another second line as well (the website suggest adding your instragram account Now, I was a bit concern about the US flag on

Reasons why you should join Auckland BJJ

Reasons (random and not in preferential order): - No contract. We do expect you to set up an automatic payment but there is no contract. - No sign up fee. - We disclose our price on our website. It is 20 dollars per week. We do not make a secret about our fees. - Do not think that good quality gyms must be expensive. Lot of more expansive gyms would argue that you pay more for quality by stating things like: " Things typically cost about what they’re worth..." - No hidden fees. Lot of gyms are not telling you about extra costs that would occur through out your training. Some gyms charges extra for graduations. They actually hide the extra costs by offering some form of technical seminars. - We do charge 50 dollars for grading which happens when you move up belt.We  use the money to buy pizzas for the end of the semester. We spent over $300 for pizzas and soft drink during our last graduation. - We have a flat fee for grading of $50. Some gym charges more for

Training report: Turtle and Serge upgrade to second degree

This week, we taught the topic of the turtle. It is the last position of our twelve program. We taught the fundamentals of the position, back take from turtle and three reversals and/or guard retention techniques. For the submissions, we also taught the clock choke and the rolling crucifix. James is back from New York where he trained intensily Renzo Gracie Academy. He was attending the advanced classes on a daily basis under the tutelage of John Danaher. James has absorbed a vast amount of knowledge during his stay (about 4 months) and we are looking to learn them. On his first week back, James taught a couple of side control escapes. James concentrated on nogi training. Therefore, I would expect him to be teaching nogi in Sandringham on Wednesday and Nogi in Epsom on Thursday. Laurance also has some merchandise from Future Kimono for sale if you are interested. Serge received his second degree from the IBJJF. Another big mil
