Yet another technique video this time on the Omoplata from guard, inverted guard, mount etc. I especially like when they move their but to the side to collapse the uke to put on the technique.

This is an interesting Triangle escape that I will have to try out at our next session.

I really like these short compilation videos because I feel that they give a good overview of a variety of techniques and allow you to stop and review anything you find interesting. Also I like Techno on a loop.
